Q: I didn’t receive an email confirming my purchase/download link. Where is it?

A: It’s more than likely in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder for an email from First Sun Store. If you still can’t find your purchase emails, contact me and I’ll be happy to assist.

 

Q: How long will my digital purchases be available for download?

A: 24 hours from the moment you click the download link. If your link expires and you need to re-download again for any reason, contact me for a new link. Links are set to expire one day after you click them to prevent link sharing and to save bandwidth, which comes at a cost to me.

 

Q: How long will it take for me to get my digital/physical purchase?

A: For digital purchases, downloads are made available immediately after funds are cleared. Payments usually go through immediately, but may sometimes take a few hours to process. For physical orders, please allow 1-2 business days for shipping and handling, and an additional businessweek for delivery. If you haven’t received your product within two business weeks, please contact me, and I’ll be happy to check it out.

 

Q: Is my personal information safe?

A: Absolutely! firstsunmusic.com uses SSL to encrypt user data and information to keep it secure. Additionally, credit card numbers or PayPal login information is never saved on firstsunmusic.com, but instead, the payment gateway you use. IE: Paypal.

 

Q: Can I delete my account?

A: Of course! I’m a huge advocate if removing my information from websites I don’t use. However, please keep in mind that if you delete your account, it will be extremely difficult to look up any of your past orders to assist you with any issues. It’s not impossible, but it increases the amount of time it takes me to resolve your issue. It’s important to note that this is the sole reason why accounts exist on firstsunmusic.com. If you’re sure you want to delete your account after having read this, simply contact me and I’ll be happy to remove your account.

 

Q: What carrier do you use to ship items?

A: The store uses USPS for all physical goods.

 

Q: What shipping options do you provide?

A: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate.

 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, all international orders are shipped via USPS International Priority. Orders shipped internationally do have a higher shipping cost, as they do for the majority of worldwide companies.

Q: Will you offer other shipping methods/carriers?

A: The short answer is no. The long answer is that I like to have one rate for all items I ship. As a consumer, I absolutely hate shipping costs and how they’re calculated. For the sake of sanity of you and I both, I’ve decided that all physical orders will be sent via USPS Priority Flat Rate or International, with one fee for buyers. It’s simple, it’s easy, it’s understandable, and it’s cheap. Delivering physical goods shouldn’t be difficult for you, or me.

 

Q: If I buy multiple physical goods, can you ship them together in one package?

A: More than likely not, due to the costs associated with shipping, and the packages I use. However, it doesn’t hurt to ask. If you contact me and include your order information, and the items are small enough to fit into one package, I’ll be glad to ship it that way. Please keep in mind, that you risk a greater chance of your order being damaged this way because the packages I use to ship items are usually intended for the specific item you ordered.

 

Q: Can I contact you about an idea for your store, or a business proposition?

A: If you’re looking to contact me about ideas that would better your experience on the website, or if you’d like to hire me for a project, contact me, and I’ll be happy to look into it!
